Warranty Coverage

12-Year Parts Warranty: Covers all mechanical, structural components, moving parts, gas cylinder, and hardware. Does NOT cover normal wear and tear on mesh or fabric.

1-Year Labour Warranty: Same terms as the local distributor. After the first year, a service fee applies for on-site technician visits.

Direct-from-USA Parts: Warranty claims submitted directly to the Herman Miller USA factory. Common parts are well-stocked locally. Uncommon parts may take up to 2 months.

Pre-Registered Warranty: All chairs are registered before delivery. No action required from you.

Which Aeron size should I get?

Size A: Up to 165 cm (5'5"). Size B: 165–185 cm (5'5"–6'1"). Size C: 185 cm+ (6'1"+). Most Singaporeans fit Size B. Visit our showroom to try all three sizes side by side.

What is the difference between the Aeron Classic and Remastered?

The Remastered (2016) features 8Z Pellicle mesh with more precise tension zones, PostureFit SL (dual sacral + lumbar pads vs single lumbar pad), smoother tilt mechanism, and improved caster design. It is a more refined, more adjustable chair than the Classic.

Should I get the Atlas Headrest?

If you lean back to read, watch videos, or take calls — yes. The Atlas Headrest clamps on tool-free and provides excellent neck support during reclined use. It is not necessary for upright typing and desk work.

What is the difference between Graphite, Carbon, Mineral, and Onyx?

Graphite is the classic dark grey. Carbon is slightly lighter and warmer. Mineral is a light silver-white finish. Onyx is ultra-dark black with a metal leg base. All colour variants are functionally identical.

Is the mesh durable?

Yes. The 8Z Pellicle mesh is rated to endure approximately 200,000 rubs — roughly 8× the industrial standard for high-traffic seating. It will not sag or tear under normal use.
