- Body curve adjustment — levers on both sides of the backrest change the curve of the back to suit broader or narrower builds. This is the feature that lets one chair serve a whole shared floor.
- Double-frame backrest — a firm outer frame holding a softer inner frame, so the back is supported without pressure points.
