How do I know if I have the Classic or Remastered Aeron?
Check the arm adjustment: Classic Aeron uses a thumbwheel. Remastered Aeron uses a lever. This pad fits Classic only.
What size Aeron do I have?
Look under the top edge of the backrest. You'll see 1, 2, or 3 raised dots — these indicate Size A, B, or C. This pad fits 2-dot (B) and 3-dot (C).
How is this installed?
Remove the old pad (it pulls straight out), clip the new pad into the vertical track, adjust to your preferred height. No tools, no screws — under 2 minutes.
