PALM Back Support System
The Zody’s patented PALM (Passive Asymmetric Lumbar Mechanism) backrest provides targeted support for the lower back. It works together with the lumbar adjustment system to help users achieve a more comfortable sitting position.
Asymmetrical Lumbar Adjustment
Two independent lumbar paddles allow you to adjust the support level separately for the left and right sides of your lower back.
Premium Aluminium Base
The durable 5-star aluminium base provides excellent stability and smooth mobility with rolling castors.
Basic Configuration
The Basic model offers the Zody’s essential ergonomic support with a simpler adjustment system.
2D Arms — Height Adjustment Only
The armrests can be adjusted vertically to support a comfortable working position. Width, depth and pivot adjustments are not available.
Fixed Seat Depth
The seat depth is fixed and does not include a sliding seat-pan adjustment.
Free-Moving Recline
The backrest can recline as you lean back, but it cannot be locked in the upright position or at a selected reclined angle.
Full Function Configuration
The Full Function model provides additional adjustments for users who prefer more control over their sitting position.
4D Adjustable Arms
The armrests can be adjusted by height, width, depth and pivot to accommodate different working positions.

What is the difference between the Basic and Full Function models?
Both models include PALM back support, asymmetrical lumbar adjustment and a premium aluminium base.
The Basic model has height-adjustable arms, a fixed seat depth and a free-moving backrest without upright back stop or tilt lock. The Full Function model adds 4D arm adjustments, adjustable seat depth, upright back stop and tilt lock.
Can the Basic model recline?
Yes. The Basic model can recline when you lean back. However, the backrest cannot be locked upright or at a selected reclined angle.
What is PALM back support?
PALM stands for Passive Asymmetric Lumbar Mechanism. It is Haworth’s back-support system designed to provide targeted support around the lower-back area.
How does the asymmetrical lumbar adjustment work?
Two paddles located behind the backrest allow the left and right sides of the lumbar support to be adjusted independently.
Is a headrest included?
