The Bodyfurn sled-base chair is the workhorse. Its steel sled frame is rated to 200 kg and the fixed base is an anti-tip design, so it will not tilt backwards — a real safety point with younger students. The contoured polypropylene seat has a waterfall front edge, the backrest is ventilated, and chairs stack for storage. It comes in two configurations: with a backrest for classrooms and study halls where students sit for 30 minutes or more, and without a backrest for labs, art rooms, canteens and multipurpose halls. Both suit ages 6 to 18 and arrive fully assembled. Dark Grey and Light Grey have no minimum order; Yellow, Pastel Green, Green and Pastel Blue are made to order at a minimum of 60 pieces per colour.

If you need one set that adapts to a mixed-age room instead, the height-adjustable set pairs the ES-D1-A desk with the ES-C2 chair. The desk runs from 620 to 820 mm with a 650 × 450 mm ABS desktop on a steel tube frame and integrated under-desk storage; the chair adjusts from 360 to 460 mm with a ventilated 400 × 410 mm seat and a 420 × 210 mm backrest. Both are light grey.
